Choose the delivery method that suits you best
Delivery time and shipping
We usually ship the package within 3 business days of ordering. If you choose bank transfer, we will ship the order only after receiving payment. The sooner you place the order, the sooner you will receive your order.
Once we have handed over your order to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email. Sometimes it may happen that you receive the email with a slight delay, because we have a large number of orders. The selected carrier will inform you about the further movement of the package, at the email or phone number you provided in the order.
Our transport partners
Parcel service (Packeta)
- Choose from more than 7,200 delivery points throughout the Czech Republic, where you can usually pick up your order the very next day.
- You will receive an email from the shipping company with a tracking number for your shipment online.
- You will receive an SMS when the package is at your location. You have 4 days to pick up your order.
GLS
- You will receive an email from GLS with a tracking number for your shipment online.
- You will receive an email and SMS with the delivery time the day before.
- You can change the delivery day and time via GLS
Home Delivery
- Delivery to any address in the Czech Republic
- If the courier does not reach you at home on the day of delivery, the delivery company will leave the package for you at the nearest delivery point.
- You will receive an email from the shipping company with a tracking number for your shipment online.
- If you do not pick up your order, the package will wait for you at the delivery point for 3 days.
Tracking your shipment
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your shipment. You can also track your order in your account under "My Orders".
