Orders and delivery
Delivery usually takes no longer than 1-3 business days. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email to your email address. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send the package after receiving the payment.
With us you will be able to choose whether to use the Parcel Service (Packeta), Parcel Service Home Delivery (Packeta), or GLS services. More information can be found here .
Yes, if you choose the Parcel Service (Packety). You will pick up your order at one of the Parcel Service branches of your choice.
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option, but you can always view the goods in the comfort of your home and return them within 30 days.
After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation email. If you did not receive this email, your order probably failed to complete or the confirmation email ended up in your spam folder. Payments and discounts
You can pay for the package by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery (surcharge of 49 CZK).
If you were unable to pay for your order by card or do not know the bank details of our e-shop, do not despair and send the money for the order to our account No. 2302048113/2010. Use the order number as a variable symbol, which you can find in the confirmation email and also in the order history (which will appear on our website after logging in). But first, please let us know about this change.
After adding the product to your cart, the field Do you have a discount code will appear. Enter the discount code in this field and confirm by clicking the Insert button. After entering the code, the resulting price will be displayed.

Returns and complaints
Yes, within 30 days. If you return the goods to us within 14 days, we will send the money to your bank account. You have another 16 days to return the goods and you will receive the money in the form of a virtual coupon that you can use for your next purchase with us.
Simply put, we only ask you to:
- Send a photo of the products you will be returning and a photo of the invoice to our email: info@dorsoen.cz .
- Fill out and print the complaint/return form, which you will include in the package.
- After a certain period of time after sending the email with the required information, you will receive a label from us that you can stick on the package. You just need to take the package to the Zásilkovna branch of your choice. It is necessary that the goods are undamaged, unused, and packed in the original packaging.

Shipping is completely free if you use our complaint assistant from Zásilkovna.
We will refund your money to your account within 10 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
All products undergo rigorous quality control, so it is very unlikely that you will receive a damaged package. However, if this happens, we apologize.
