I. Basic provisions

The controller of personal data pursuant to Article 4(7) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR") is SI Groups spol. sro, Company Registration Number 08464774, with its registered office at Generála Janouška 895, Prague 14, Prague, Czech Republic. (hereinafter referred to as the "controller").

Personal data are data relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a commonly used identifier, another identifier such as a name, surname, identification number, location data, or an online identifier, or to one or more characteristics or factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

The personal data controller has not appointed a personal data protection intermediary.

II. Sources and categories of processed personal data

The operator processes personal data that you have provided to it or personal data that the operator has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.

The operator processes your identification and contact data and data necessary for the performance of the contract.

III. Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data

The lawful reason for processing personal data is:

  • performance of the contract between you and the operator pursuant to Article 6(6)(1)(b) of the GDPR,
  • the operator's legitimate interest in providing direct marketing (in particular sending commercial offers and newsletters) pursuant to Article 6(6)(1)(f) of the GDPR,
  • the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or in order to take steps at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract.

The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • processing your order and exercising the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the operator; when placing an order, personal data is required that is necessary for the successful processing of the order (name and address, contact), providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract, without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the operator to fulfill it,
  • sending business offers and carrying out other marketing activities.

There is no automatic individual decision-making by the operator within the meaning of Article 1.2. 22 GDPR. You have provided your explicit consent to such processing.

IV. Data retention period

The operator stores personal data:

  • for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the operator and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
  • for the period until consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked, up to 15 years if personal data is processed on the basis of consent.

After the personal data retention period has expired, the operator will delete the personal data.

V. Recipients of personal data (subcontractors of the operator)

The recipients of personal data are the following persons:

  • involved in the delivery of goods/services/payments under the contract,
  • providing e-shop operation services and other services related to the operation of the e-shop,
  • providing marketing services.

The operator does not intend to provide personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or an international organization.

Services provided, providing marketing and support services:

  • Google analytics - records cookies and website usage
  • Google Adwords - records cookies and website usage
  • Google Shopping - review request, records email if you agree to it in the order process
  • Heureka - records purchase conversions and emails for the "Customer Verified" service
  • CJ Affiliate network - records cookies and website usage
  • Criteo network - records cookies and website usage

VI. Your rights

Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have:

  • the right to access your personal data pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR,
  • the right to rectification of personal data pursuant to Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing pursuant to Articles 16. 18 GDPR.
  • the right to erasure of personal data pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR.
  • the right to object to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR and
  • the right to data portability pursuant to Article 20 GDPR.
  • the right to withdraw consent to processing in writing or electronically to the address or email of the operator specified in Article III of these terms and conditions. You can withdraw consent at any time in your own customer account.

You have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated.

VII. Conditions for securing personal data

The operator declares that it has taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.

The operator has taken technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in paper form, secure/encrypted access to the website, encryption of customer passwords in the database, regular system updates, and regular system backups.

The operator declares that only authorized persons have access to personal data.

VIII. Final provisions

By submitting an order from the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of personal data protection and that you accept them in their entirety.
